Repair, panel work, and full replacement

Light dents and scratches can usually be addressed with PDR or quick bodywork plus a panel refinish. Deeper damage may require panel pulling, filling, sanding, and full repaint. When the metal is too compromised to save — typically from severe rust or major collision — we replace the panel with an OEM or OEM-equivalent fender.

Rust treatment included

Maryland winters and road salt are tough on fenders, especially around wheel arches and seams. When we replace or repair a fender, we treat surrounding areas to stop active rust and prevent its return. Skipping this step is how rust ends up consuming a panel a year later.

Color-matched and warranted

Every fender repair includes color-matched paint blended into adjacent panels — and a lifetime warranty on the paint and refinish work. The repair stays invisible.

Frequently asked questions

How much does fender repair cost?

Minor fender repair and paint typically runs $500–$1,200. Full fender replacement with OEM parts and refinishing usually falls between $1,200–$2,500 depending on the vehicle.

Can a rusted fender be saved?

Sometimes. If the rust is localized and the surrounding metal is sound, we can cut out the affected area, weld in clean metal, treat the surrounding panel, and refinish. If rust has spread too far, full replacement is the better call. We'll show you exactly what we see during the estimate.

How long does fender repair take?

Minor repair and paint: 2–4 days. Full panel replacement: 4–7 days. We'll give you a written timeline up front.

Will the new fender match the rest of my car?

Yes. We computer-match the paint and blend it into the door and hood so the repair is invisible. That's standard — not an upcharge.

What does car fender repair cost?

Car fender repair typically runs $400–$1,500 depending on severity. Minor dent-and-paint work on a fender falls at the lower end ($400–$800); full fender replacement with OEM parts and refinishing runs toward the higher end ($1,200–$1,500+) on most vehicles.
