You drop off your car, you pick up the rental at our shop, and we hand the rental back when your vehicle is ready.

When your repair is scheduled, we contact your insurance to confirm rental coverage limits and authorize the rental. The rental company picks you up at our shop or meets you here. When your vehicle is ready, you return the rental to our shop or directly to the rental location — whichever is more convenient.
If you have rental coverage on your auto policy and the repair is a covered claim, the rental is typically billed directly to your insurance up to your coverage limit. If your rental period extends beyond your coverage, we'll tell you the daily rate before the limit hits.
